Our powder coating is handled through a conveyor powder line. After
parts are coated they are baked in our 8X8X18 ft. batch oven or in our
conveyor powder oven with a opening of 36"X 48" that is capable of
baking parts up to 8 FT. long.
All parts, Aluminum, Steel and extra large frames are conveyorized
through our three-stage washer which is environmentally friendly; it
cleans, rinses and phosphates each part. We pride ourselves in our
service and dependability. Our turn around times on stock powder is
usually three working days.
We work with our customers to address such issues as exterior
durability, screen print adhesion, critical texture patterns,
application difficulties and tight color tolerance. Please contact us
